| ~ Shipping ~ Orders are usually shipped within 1 or 2 business days after order is paid. Occasionally shipping may take longer. I will email you if your order will be delayed. UPS Ground is the default shipping method. You have the option to change the shipping method at any time during the shopping & check-out process. Please complete your order, compare shipping rates and choose the one that's right for you. UPS takes 2-7 days for delivery ~ Please note: UPS needs a street address for delivery. When shipping orders with UPS they will be delivered without requiring a signature. If you will not be there on the scheduled delivery date, please leave a note letting your driver know where you would like your package left. Parcel Post takes 4-10 days for delivery ~ Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for delivery Orders to Canada usually arrive in about 2 weeks. ~ Discounts and Fees ~ A 10% discount will be applied to orders totalling $150.00 or higher. A handling fee of $2.95 will be applied when the 1st item is added to your shopping cart. (Does not apply to items with "Free Shipping".) ~ Free Samples ~ If there's something you've been wanting to try, just add a note to your order and we'll tuck it in. ~ International Customers ~ We are unable to sell packages of cholla cactus wood internationally, we can, however, sell you toys & perches that contain cholla. All international shipments are shipped using Priority Mail. ~ Payment ~ We prefer PayPal payment. If you do not have a Paypal account, PayPal will accept your credit or debit card payment without opening a PayPal account. We also accept checks and money orders.
